Service 44A revised departure times

and route (service X78 ) Newton Mearns

From Sunday 12 October 2008 until Sunday 19 October 2008 inclusive, all journeys on service 44A will operate 5 minutes earlier from Newton Mearns terminus and Mearns Cross on journeys to Glasgow only. There is no change to times between Broomburn shops and Glasgow.

Between Newton Mearns and Broomburn shops service 44A will operate via its normal route to Mearns Cross then via Ayr Road, Firwood Road, right into Mearns Road to Eaglesham Road junction, back down Mearns Road and normal route.

Between Broomburn shops and Newton Mearns service 44A will operate via Mearns Road to Eaglesham Road junction, Mearns Road, Firwood Road, Ayr Road, Barrhead Road and normal route.

Eaglesham Road between Mearns Cross and Mearns Road will not be served by services 44A and X78 during this period.  Service X78 will not serve the bus stop on Mearns Road north of Firwood Road.
