Town twinning

Twinning logo

East Renfrewshire has been twinned for 10 years with Albertslund, a suburban town on the outskirts of Copenhagen in Denmark.

As well as being twinned with Denmark, East Renfrewshire is part of the International Twinning Partnership Network of towns across Europe that are twins of our twin and twins of their twins.  Complicated?  Not at all – all that this means is that everyone in East Renfrewshire has the opportunity to engage with any town in the partnership because we are all part of the same big family of twinners from as far apart as Greenland and the Czech republic. You can view an interactive version of the table below on the International Twinning Partnership Network website
