About us
Welcome to the East Renfrewshire Child Protection Committee (ERCPC) webpages.
The Commitee is made up of local representatives from across all the main agencies in East Renfrewshire who work with children and their families.
We believe that keeping children and young people safe is everybody's responsibility.
Our webpages offer information for children, young people and their families and information for YOU on what we can all do to help keep children safe. It also provides an overview of the responsibilities, structure and work of East Renfrewshire Child Protection Committee.
Our annual report and business plan sets out the work of the committee and is available each year.
What we do
A number of sub committees take forward the decisiions and work of the Committee at a local level and report to the Committee on the progress of their work.
The Committee also works closely with other planning groups locally and nationally in developing services for children and young people.
