Childcare Information Service

East Renfrewshire Childcare Information Service provides information for parents and carers to help them choose the right services for them and their children. The service is part of the Childcare Strategy and is supported by the Scottish Executive.

East Renfrewshire CIS provides information and guidance on a full range of services including options and availability on

  • Local authority nurseries and classes

  • Pre school education

  • Playgroups

  • Childminders

  • Out of school care

  • Parent and toddler groups

  • Holiday playschemes

  • The service will also signpost callers to other facilities and family support organisations.
