Developments

There are a number of up and coming developments in East Renfrewshire that will deliver affordable housing units for social rent and shared equity. Details of these developments will appear here once they become available but a summary of future developments can be in found in the SHIP 2007.

In the document at the bootom of this page is an article detailing a development at Auchenback, Barrhead which will deliver a number of affordable housing units to rent and for shared equity as part of the Scottish Government’s Homestake scheme.  Cube Housing Association and Gladedale are developing the scheme but the Homestake element is being managed by Link Homes.  If you are interested in the scheme and would like further information then please contact Link Homes on 08451 550019 or email at
