Anyone wishing to sell, hire, exchange, lend, display or demonstrate sex articles, to a significant degree, either from a shop, vehicle or stall in East Renfrewshire, will require to obtain a licence from the Council.

- A: No. Civic government licences are not transferable. You will need to reapply for a licence in your own name or your company's name.
