In this section you'll find information on some of the key issues that concern parents. There's links to online sources and to help you can get locally and on the phone.
It isn't easy being a parent so it's OK to ask for help when you need it. Below is a list of helplines and websites that provide information on a wide range of parenting topics, so if there's anything you're worried or unsure about, you should find the answer there. You should also check the section on parenting issues. This has links to information on things like alcohol, sex, adoption and divorce.

Information on concerns that every parent has about their child’s wellbeing, including bullying and self-harm. This site also has specific sections for children and teenagers giving them information in a language that they will understand.
