Eastwood Bridges  

The team provides services to people in the Eastwood area that are experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems, offering counselling and group work for stress anxiety and low mood.

Causeway One Stop Shop (RAMH)

Provides a number of services for people who have experienced mental health difficulties and works with them towards recovery. Counselling and group is available, but support can be tailored to your needs.
