Local Advocacy for Young People
Partners in Advocacy
Partners in Advocacy provide a service for all children and young people aged 0-19 in East Renfrewshire.
They offer citizen and independent professional advocacy to anyone with learning disabilities, mental health problems or any other additional support needs.
The aim of the advocacy service is to ensure that you have a say in the decisions that affect your life and have full access to local community services.
Partners in Advocacy will provide support over any concerns you raise e.g. helping to deal with social work, speaking to teachers and schools, helping with benefits and housing and going to Children’s Panels.
The service is free, independent and confidential, and is totally focused on your needs and wishes.
