LHS progress and updates

The LHS 2004-2009 was submitted to Communities Scotland in July 2004 and for each subsequent year for the lifespan of the strategy, the Council is required to provide an update on the progress of the LHS. The update is in the form of a report and outlines developments in the action plan, successes of the past year, barriers to delivery of action points and commentary on the likelihood of future progress.
