Licences - skin piercing
Anyone who is intending to perform tattooing or skin piercing (with the exception of acupuncture) in East Renfrewshire, or operate a business where these services are offered by staff, requires to be licensed by the Council.

- Q: I have just bought a previously licensed vehicle/premises, can I transfer the licence?
- A: No. Civic government licences are not transferable. You will need to reapply for a licence in your own name or your company's name.
