LAW AND LICENSING IN EAST RENFREWSHIRE
East Renfrewshire Licensing Board is constituted for the area of East Renfrewshire in terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 and the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. The Board deals with the administration of liquor licensing and other statutory duties such as bookmaker’s permits, betting office licences, AWP permits and Bingo Licences.
