Parking and garages

East Renfrewshire Council have 150 lock-ups and 31 garage Sites held on the Housing Revenue Account throughout East Renfrewshire.  The process of letting lock-ups and garage sites is managed by East Renfrewshire Council's Housing Service.

Any person aged 16 or over can apply for a lock-up or garage site. It is expected that applicants will have a vehicle for which storage is required and proof of vehicle ownership will be required.  As such applicants will need to provide details of the vehicle.  Exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of the Business Manager.

Any person wishing to apply for a lock-up or garage site should contact their local office and ask for a lock-up / garage site application form. Information on lock up / garage sites (including locations and conditions of let) is also available at the local office.
