Industrial Property Support Grant (formerly known as IIA)

Discretionary grants are available to businesses for modification, alteration, refurbishment or expansion of their property, which also includes land, access, roads, boundary walls and fences, demolition and landscaping works. The aim of the project is to improve the economic and environmental conditions of the area by supporting private investment with public money, with the longer objective of retaining and creating jobs.
