Public Performance Report

Public Performance Reporting

The Council has a duty to report on service and overall performance under the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003.

We have a well-developed approach to reporting on our performance using a range of methods and sources including:

  • Public performance report

  • Annual performance statements

  • ER magazine

  • News/ Press releases

  • SPI (statutory performance indicator) reports

  • Citizens’ Panel results

Annual Performance Statements 2006-07

Monitoring our performance helps us to understand how we are currently performing and where there is scope for further improvement. To do this we collect information about service performance. Our annual performance statements show how each department has performed during 2006-07.

Our annual performance statements for 2007-08 will be available here from September 2008.

Public Performance Report 2006-07

Our report looks back over some of the major commitments we made to you as East Renfrewshire residents. It gives you a flavour of how we have performed and where we need to improve our performance.

The report has sections that give you an overview of our main outcomes in providing services to children, young people, families, older people and communities across East Renfrewshire.

Our public performance report for 2007-08 will be available here from September 2008.

If you have any questions or queries about our performance or the performance reports then please contact the Policy and Transformation Unit, Tel 0141 577 3075 or email .
