We aim to deal with all complaints quickly, in a fair, confidential, consistent and effective way that improves our services.

Make a comment, complaint or compliment

The quickest and easiest way to complain is to contact the person you have been dealing with and tell them what the problem is. If you wish to report a fault you can contact customer connect to report it online. If you simply want to ask for more information, request a service or ask for advice you can contact customer services online.
