Compliments / complaints

We welcome your feedback as it helps us to improve and shape our services. You can make comments or complaints about library services in the following ways:

  • by completing the form below

  • in person at your local library

  • by using the suggestion boxes in our libraries

  • by telephone

  • by letter

We will follow the Council's complaints procedure by acknowledging your comment within two working days and replying within ten working days.

You can also influence the service provided by your libraries by:

  • taking part in customer surveys

  • attending consultation events

  • completing one of the Council’s comments, compliment or complaints 'Let Us Know' forms. These are also available in all our libraries.
