The Theatre
Both audience members and performing arts organisations have benefited from a recent £1.75 million refurbishment. Eastwood Park Theatre provides state-of-the-art stage facilities, access for performers and patrons using wheelchairs, and a lush modernised, intimate auditorium. Since re-opening on the 22nd February 2007, the theatre has accommodated full-scale performing art productions, festivals, film screenings, bands and launch events.

In Person: Visit the Theatre Administration Office at the above address.The Administration Office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm Bookings can be accepted up to 18 months in advance, unless your organisation is a member in good standing of the Theatre Users’ Group.
We will send out or provide you with a Booking Pack.

Complete the “Application for Hire” of the relevant part of the venue and return it to the theatre within 28 days of making the provisional booking.

Information for the pre-production meeting
Preproduction meeting
Closer to your event hirers using the Theatre’s performance facilities should schedule a preproduction meeting with us. The latest date for this to take place is 28 days prior to the first day of your let.
Attend the pre-production meeting.
As your event progresses, we encourage you to make regular contact with us to make sure we are aware of any changes to your arrangements.
In most cases, payment for your let will be required in advance. Members in good standing of the “Theatre Users Group” will be invoiced for their lets approximately 14 days after the end of their let.
