As a Council tenant, should you be concerned about your own safety, and require to have a spy hole / safety chain fitted to your door, please contact the Housing Call Centre on 0141 577 3700 to arrange an appointment with our Technical Officers who will call and assess what’s required at your property.

Additionally, should you not have a smoke detector, or have not yet replaced the battery; Housing Services would remind you that this is most important for you and your families personal safety.

Remember to test the battery once a week, and always change the battery:- once it starts to “beep”.

“If in doubt keep them out !!!”

Please remember to ask for the person visiting your property for their Identification Badge when you have someone wishing to enter your home, and keep the Bogus Callers out!.
