East Renfrewshire Access Panel

The Access Panel comprises a number of disabled people from various parts of East Renfrewshire and meets every six weeks to

provide a means of consultation and joint action on access issues for disabled people;
increase the understanding of the problems of disability and to encourage full integration between disabled people and able bodied members of the community; and
promote and encourage the provision and improvement of facilities and services.

The Panel works in partnership with the Council and is supported by officials from several Council departments
